Great location! Just a short walk from popular shopping street and had easy access to public transportation. The room was surprisingly spacious and well equipped with necessary amenities like a fridge, iron, hairdryer, and water kettle. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we didn't experience any disturbance from noisy neighbors.

The hotel had a clean and tidy atmosphere with good internet. The reception personnel were extremely helpful and the location was convenient, with easy access to everywhere. Additionally, there were nice parks nearby for leisurely strolls. The hotel provided plenty of power sockets in the bedroom, which was a practical feature.
I felt really welcomed and had nothing to complain about.

I was kinda surprised by the location of 82, as it was conveniently close to Baker St It made exploring the city easy. The room itself was clean and tidy, always a big plus when staying in a hotel.
One situation I encountered was a problem with the air-conditioning. the hotel staff were quick to respond and sent a repair person to fix it.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to Baker Street tube station, making it easy to explore the city. There is even a coffee shop just around the corner for a quick caffeine fix. Hyde Park is nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll or picnic. It's disappointing that the breakfast options seem to be lacking in quality and variety, as some guests mentioned cold hash browns and frankfurter sausages.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring this city, being literally a few minutes walk from Baker St underground station and very close to Oxford Street, the main shopping street. it was conveniently located near all the attractions I wished to see. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my check-in and checkout were smooth experiences.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
